How much time will I need to engage in the course?

To get the most out of the course you'll need to spend at least 30 minutes a week watching the videos and filling out your handouts. I know that we all have busy lives, but 30 minutes a week is a really tiny amount of time to spend on changing your mindset which in itself can have amazing results. I will also be holding optional weekly coaching calls - as with everything in life you'll get out of this what you put into it, so investing more time will help you get better results!
