Laura is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and the woman behind wholeheartedlyhealthy.com. She’s registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and trained in Neuro-linguistic programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

This course does not contain any information about nutrition or fitness, however your mindset is the most important element you need to get right in order to lose weight, and as the course title suggests, we’ll be completely making over your mindset so nothing is holding your back from achieving that goal.

I have an eating disorder, can this course help?

If you have an eating disorder we strongly advise you seek professional 1-2-1 support, however if you feel you suffer from disordered eating at a lower level than something which would benefit from professional intervention, then yes this course could be a huge help for you!

Do I have to join the Facebook Community?

Nope, if Facebook isn’t your thing that’s absolutely fine, you can still get a lot out of the course doing it solo.
